 It was a meeting at the Vasant Kunj camp of CRPF (?) in which CM Bahuguna was the Commanding Officer. 

During discussion, he shared that in central police forces, a feeling is inculcated towards paying back to the nation once one has settled in life.

A small discussion took place, and this concept found resonance with the members present. It was emphasized that since many of Uttarakhand's officers are well-placed, they can contribute towards progress of their native place.
