How and when was Uttarayani resistered as a society under the Societies Act?

 Uttarayani was born in 1993 and got its name in the same year, but was registered in 1996.

The Executive at that time was headed by BN Dhaundiyal; and PS Saklani was its Vice President. Among members, HG Upreti offered to give his residential address as the registered office address of Uttarayani at the time of registration.
